TICKETS:
Ticket Day is on Saturday, May 20th from 8:00am-1:00pm. Please plan to purchase your tickets on that day. Seats are assigned on a first-come first-served basis. Remaining tickets will be available to be purchased May 22nd through Wednesday, June 7th, at the studio for $20.00ea. Members of the Gold and Platinum Friendship Circles will be able to choose their tickets before they go on sale to the public. Please see Mary Ann before May 19th. All tickets must be paid for at the time of purchase and your tuition must be current. Remaining tickets will be available at the door.

TICKET SELLING CONTEST:  
This year we are asking buyers to tell us for which student they are getting tickets. A tally will be kept of all pre-sales. Tickets sold at the door will not be counted toward the contest. A Ticket Contest Winner will be named at the recital. The winner will receive a free Summer Camp!

PROGRAM:
This is your chance to make sure everyone knows your special student is a STAR! You can send them just a little note of encouragement, or you can fill up a whole page with baby pictures (or current pictures), family wishes, or business advertisements. Make sure we save you enough space! A copy must be turned in to the studio by May 20th.

COSTUMES:
Costumes will be tried on and distributed the week of May 22nd during the student’s regular class times. All dancers are required to have the proper tights and shoes for each dance. The girl’s hair should be up in a bun and NO makeup, please.

FEES:
ALL Recital fees are due! All accounts are to be paid in full by June 7th. If for some reason this is impossible, please make personal arrangements NOW. Please contact the studio if you have ANY questions about your account. *REMEMBER you can now use Venmo for your convenience.

DONATIONS:
We are gratefully accepting monetary donations toward our exorbitant theater costs. Join our “Circle of Friends” for as little as $10.00 or as much as you are able. Please share the flyer with friends or businesses that might be interested in supporting our youth in the arts.

REHEARSALS:
The last day of classes in the studio will be Friday, June 2nd. During recital week, rehearsals on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday will be at the studio. Friday and Saturday rehearsals will be at Wesley Chapel High School. Each student, under the age of 10, will need a “Parent Designated” chaperone for the rehearsals at the theater. We ask that the chaperone stay during the rehearsals and understand the procedures for the performance. PLEASE post this schedule where it will not be lost! ALL rehearsals are very important! View your rehearsal schedule HERE.

T-Shirts:
58th Anniversary “A Night at the Movies Featuring: Peter Pan” T-Shirts will be available soon. They will be on sale for $20.00 each. Pre-order yours by May 15th!

PERFORMANCE VIDEOS:
We have made arrangements to have high quality recordings available of each performance so that you may enjoy the show and have a keepsake to share. The children love to see themselves and their friends perform. Please return your order form ASAP! Flash drives will be available for pickup from the Studio in late Summer.

PICTURES:
D&B Photography will be taking group and individual portraits at the studio Saturday, June 3rd and Sunday, June 4th. Appointment times will be assigned by groups. SUMMER FUN 2023:
Register NOW for our “SHAKE IT UP” Summer Camps! We will have special classes for preschoolers, introductory classes for beginners, and intensive classes for more advanced students. Our regular studio staff will be joined by amazing Guest Teachers, and you won’t want to miss a minute! REGISTER NOW! This is going to be an awesome Summer!

FALL TERM:
We are asking that all our returning students re-register NOW for the Fall classes. Please return your registration form to the studio with your registration fee of $20.00 before recital. If you have questions or need additional information, call the studio and we will be glad to help!
